The room I booked was comfortable and well decorated with shower, the bathroom and the aircon as expected. The location was great, a 10-15 minute walking distance from White River Country Club.

The location was stunning for exploring this amazing area, adjacent to Graskop from White River and the pubs and the dinner and Casterbridge Lifestyle center. Btw, we admired White River Country Club, based just a short stroll away from the hotel.

Brand-new room in a three bedroom, the staff was well-mannered. The location in a fairly nice area was great and lovely and there were shopping centers and a market nearby. I really enjoyed that the hotel was 28 minutes drive from the airport.

The room was well decorated, it came with the bathroom and shower, for instance. The location was amazing up to standards as per the galleries.

The hotel offers great value for money, with well-decorated rooms and attention to detail. The bar serves delicious and reasonably priced food, with a cozy fireplace adding to the atmosphere. The breakfast is well-prepared and satisfying. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located on the outskirts of a town, close to shopping centers and the pathway to rooms 45 & 46.

One minor improvement could be to make the lighting brighter along the pathway to rooms 45 & 46.

I would have preferred a small fridge in the room, otherwise everything was fine. I would also have preferred one of the TV stations to be on SS1.

The rooms are nice and comfortable and unlike many other hotels the air conditioner worked flawlessly.

The dry walling and the electrical fittings are of poor quality. The selection of channels available on the tv were 50% or more sport and few movie channels. The dinner is not good value for money.

We had a great Easter weekend getaway! The complimentary champagne and chocolates were a sweet surprise upon arrival, and the location near the national park made for easy access to wildlife viewing. The pool was also a fun perk for some afternoon relaxation.

We were disappointed to find that the rooms lacked basic amenities like a fridge and phone, which other rooms seemed to have. the lack of Wi-Fi in the rooms made it difficult to stay connected.

Very nice pitty we could not stay longer

The hotel is located in a beautiful area, perfect for those looking to escape the hustle and bustle of city life. The staff provides excellent service and is always friendly and helpful. The basic amenities in the three-bedroom rooms are exactly what you need for a comfortable stay. Plus, the included breakfast is delicious and satisfying, providing a great start to the day.

All was fine, nothing to complain about.
